State Sen. Tim Kapucian, R-Keystone

The big topic at the State Capitol Monday was hemp.

Our own Sen. Tim Kapucian, says he thinks we will see something from the Iowa legislature in regard to an industrial hemp program this session. Thank you senator for promoting the Republican Party of Iowa Platform for legalizing cannabis oil for medical use and industrial hemp for commercial use.
